Production Details Handpicked from cool climate vineyards in Walker Bay. Whole bunch pressed at 600 litres per ton. Juice settled overnight and racked into 400-litre barrels for natural fermentation. 10% skin fermented. Barrel maturation 11 months with 30% new oak.
