Production Details Three of the coolest Chardonnay vineyards sourced. Cold settled 48 hours before fermentation. Matured 11 months in older Burgundian barrels (225L, 300L, 500L) with 5% new French oak. Partial malolactic fermentation (20%) retains original fruitiness and fresh acidity.
