Production Details Dryland-farmed vineyard block. Grapes were picked and whole-bunch pressed, slowly extracting juice at 550 liters per ton. The juice was settled for 48 hours, then racked into 225- and 500-liter Burgundian barrels (25% new) for fermentation and 15 months maturation.
