Production Details Bottled July 2024. 3-4 day cold maceration before fermentation with 3 punch-downs per day. Malolactic fermentation in tank with French oak alternatives. Blend finalized prior to oak maturation. 24 months in new French oak barriques (225L), then 12 months in 3,500L French oak foudre, followed by 24-30 months bottle aging before release.
