Production Details Hand-harvested, destemmed but not crushed. Whole berries fermented for approximately 14 days. Pressed and transferred to old French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and ageing. Blend made at 6 months with two additional rackings during ageing. Aged in old French oak for 22 months total.
