Production Details No new wood used in making this wine. Whole berry ferments and soft extraction methods by means of only pump overs which brings out the purity in this wine. Aged in old French oak barrels for 22 months. Grapes sourced from vineyards surrounding Waterford in Stellenbosch. From 2007 vintage, almost all fruit comes off Waterford Estate.
