Production Details Blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Shiraz, 8% Cabernet Franc, 7% Mourvèdre, 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Merlot, 3% Barbera, 2% Sangiovese. All components vinified as individual batches. Blend made approximately 6 months after fermentation and aged for 20 months total with two rackings. Aged in 225L French oak barrels, 35% new oak. Estate grown on 120-hectare Helderberg Mountain vineyard.
