Production Details Two vineyard components (north-facing and south-east-facing slopes) harvested separately, de-stemmed, hand-sorted. Maceration 14-21 days with 2-3 pump-overs per day. Malolactic fermentation in barrel and tank. 22 months in French oak (38% new, 33% second, 20% third, 9% fourth fill). Naturally clarified before filtration. Bottled May 2022.
