Production Details 54% Sauvignon Blanc, 46% Semillon. Two thirds grapes from organic vineyards around Western Cape on sandy loam soils, rest from Reyneke Wines. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon vinified separately. Destemmed with 2 hours skin contact. Free run juice only, fermented in stainless steel. After 5 months, further aging on fine lees in stainless steel. Assemblage made up and bottled.
