Production Details Two thirds of grapes sourced from organic vineyards around Western Cape on sandy loam soils, rest from Reyneke Wines. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon vinified separately. Grapes destemmed with two hours skin contact. Using only free run juice, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After 5 months, further aging on fine lees in stainless steel. Assemblage made up and bottled.
