Production Details 100% Cabernet Sauvignon planted in 1994. Hand harvested, bunches chilled overnight. Rigorous bunch and berry sorting. Matured in 225L French barrels for 20 months followed by barrel selection. Only four barrels selected for 2019 vintage. Further 24 months bottle maturation before release. Made only in exceptional vintages.
