Production Details Hand-harvested from 45-year-old Pinotage bush vines (planted 1972). Meticulously hand-sorted bunches, naturally fermented 18-20 days with hand punch-downs. Matured 18 months in 50% new and 50% second-fill French oak barrels, followed by 12 months bottle aging. Grown biodynamic/organic without pesticides or herbicides.
