Production Details Hand-picked and sorted. Partially fermented in small wooden bins, balance in stainless steel tanks. Native yeast fermented (no commercial yeast) for ~14 days. Barrel-matured in specially selected combination of 35% new and 65% seasoned French oak barrels for 16 months. Lightly wooded style focusing on Pinot Noir characteristics. Average vineyard age 40 years.
