Production Details Mature unirrigated vineyards with controlled yields. Yield approx. 4-6 tons from low-trellis old bush vines. One batch was naturally fermented in French oak barrels and a second batch fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit. Barrel and tank fermented, then matured on secondary lees for 9 months in French oak with 20% new oak. Style: Rich and Ripe (Oak influenced).
