Production Details Grapes destemmed and lightly crushed into stainless steel tanks. Natural fermentation with 2 pump-overs daily for optimal extraction. Post-fermentation skin contact for 2-3 weeks, then gently pressed. Matured 12 months in 300L French oak barrels.
