Production Details 100% Stellenbosch Petit Verdot from Blaauwklippen Road. Single-vineyard trellised fruit at 254m elevation. Grapes were cooled overnight to 4C, destemmed into open-top fermenters, fermented spontaneously, left on the skins as long as possible, then pressed into older small French oak barrels for 18 months before blending and bottling.
