Production Details Grapes harvested and processed separately into stainless steel tanks, French oak barrels, and open concrete fermenters. Punch downs 4-5 times daily initially, then gentle pump-overs. 21 days post-fermentation maceration. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged approximately 22 months in variety of French oak and concrete vessels before blending and bottling. Bottle-aged 2 years before release.
