Production Details Harvested at night in February 2024. Tank fermented with native yeast. 60 days alcoholic fermentation in cement tanks. 100% malolactic fermentation allowed naturally. 10 months on lees. 2.5 micron filtration prior to bottling. Yield: 6 t/ha. Vines: 16-21 year-old Chardonnay clone CY5 on 101/14 rootstock. 6,060 vines/hectare with row direction angled into the sunset.
