Production Details Grenache Blanc 38% / Piquepoul Blanc 25% / Roussanne 25% / Marsanne 12%. Grapes picked at different stages, pre-cooled, whole-bunch pressed. Spontaneous fermentation; barrel-fermented in old 500L French oak. Portion of Grenache whole-bunch fermented for 7 days on stems. 80% malolactic fermentation. Aged 1 year in barrel prior to blending, 4 months in bottle before release.
