Production Details Handpicked in small lugboxes. 100% destemmed, 2 nights skin contact at low temperature before basket pressing. Naturally settled overnight. Spontaneous fermentation in 4th fill 225L French oak barrels over long slow period until bone dry. 9 months aging on fine lees in barrel. No MLF. Crop 3.5 kg per vine. 3,030 vines per hectare.
