Production Details 100% Merlot from Stellenbosch, Wellington, and Agter-Paarl regions. Selected red wine yeast fermentation at 22-25°C with regular pump-overs and punch-downs. 8-10 months maturation on lightly toasted French oak staves with micro-oxygenation. Medium-bodied, New World style.
