Production Details Coterie by Wildeberg. Hand harvested February from selected sites in Franschhoek and Paarl. Whole bunch fermentation with some whole berry fruit, no crush, daily pump over during natural fermentation for slow gentle extraction. 10 months in French and Austrian oak (new and old) before blend decided. Blend married 6 weeks prior to coarse filtration and bottling.
