Production Details Cooler, later vintage with extended hang time and optimal phenological ripening. Lower pH and higher natural acidity than previous years. 25 harvest batches from March 9-30. Most parcels received two weeks skin contact before pressing. Aged 18 months in 50% new 500L Hungarian and French oak barrels, followed by additional 16 months in large format wooden foudre. Dryer style vintage with fine balance between sugar and acidity.
