Production Details 19 vineyard passes during harvest (early March 2020). Majority of batches received 2 weeks skin contact before pressing. Fermented naturally. Aged 1.5 years in 500L Hungarian and French oak barrels (50% new), followed by 1.5 years in large format wooden foudres. Only best lots selected for final blend. Fresh, balanced and complex wine with marmalade, honeysuckle aromas, energetic acidity, and layers of apricot, saffron, quince paste complexity.
