Production Details Handpicked grapes from selected vineyards, fermented separately in stainless steel with pump-overs every 4 hours during fermentation. Different components aged separately for 12 months in French oak barrels: 18% new, 25% 2nd fill, 14% 3rd fill, 43% 4th fill, then carefully blended.
