Production Details Semi-sun dried Muscat de Frontignan bunches harvested beginning through end of April. Fermentation started on skins to extract maximum flavour and aromas, completed in 3rd and 4th fill French oak. After fermentation, wines were racked and put back into barrels to mature for 26 months.
