Production Details Harvested at 165° Oechsle from botrytized fruit from the Fahrlay parcel of Marienburg vineyard. Fermented in glass or stainless steel containers to 6.5% alcohol with 240 g/l residual sugar. Fahrlay is an extremely steep, south-facing terraced site with blue slate soil - the darkest, densest and warmest of the Marienburg slates. Biodynamic certified estate (DE-ÖKO-039).
