Production Details Biodynamic certified (Demeter), spontaneous fermentation in traditional Fuder barrels (1000 liter capacity), fermentation stopped at 7.5% alcohol to preserve sweetness and balance. Harvested with light botrytis content (approximately 10% botrytised grapes, 90% healthy ripe grapes). Bottled in May. Marienburg vineyard on steep slopes facing south, southwest, and southeast. Vines over 30 years old on weathered grey slate soils.
